Every finish was selected to merge timeless design with modern performance—ideal for hosting, relaxing, or everyday living.
The Challenger
The basement previously lacked purpose and cohesion. It was fragmented, dimly lit, and far from inviting. The clients wanted a dramatic transformation that would maximize the square footage while delivering the ambiance of a private speakeasy, complete with spaces for billiards, TV viewing, and top-shelf entertaining.
The Result
Now a true extension of the home’s luxury lifestyle, the basement radiates style and function. The custom millwork and architectural details—including coffered ceilings, double-column framing, and elegant lighting—create distinct zones for lounging, gathering, and play. Every inch of the design was intentional, resulting in a bold and beautiful retreat where memories are made.
