Complete Renovation/ Remodeling

This luxury outdoor living remodel in Delaware Township, NJ completely redefined the backyard experience with custom paver hardscaping, a tiered stone staircase, a new pool surround, and an expansive covered patio lounge. Designed for both relaxation and entertaining, the space features a full outdoor kitchen with built-in appliances, a natural stone fireplace with a TV mount above, and a wood-paneled ceiling with integrated lighting and fans for year-round comfort. Every detail was built with durability, elegance, and seamless flow in mind—from the elevated landscaping to the functional poolside amenities.

The Challenger

The existing outdoor space lacked structure, shade, and cohesive zones for gathering, cooking, and entertaining. The property’s sloped terrain also required precise grading and layout planning to ensure safe elevation transitions, especially between the home, patio, and pool. Creating a high-end experience while solving for utility and seasonal weather exposure added to the technical complexity.

The Result

The Home X delivered a fully integrated outdoor retreat that balances rustic charm with polished design. The layered stonework, custom millwork ceiling, and thoughtfully placed features transform the backyard into a resort-style haven. From summer parties to cozy fall evenings by the fire, the homeowners now enjoy a versatile, showpiece space built for beauty, comfort, and value.
