Complete Renovation/ Remodeling
This front elevation upgrade in New Hope, PA reimagined a traditional entryway into a refined, stately focal point. We updated the façade with a mix of natural stone veneer and red brickwork to enhance curb appeal and architectural dimension. The addition of a standing seam metal roof above the window bay, along with white column detailing at the porch, added timeless elegance while improving functionality. All landscaping was thoughtfully curated to soften the stonework and frame the entrance with vibrant seasonal color.
The Challenger
The existing entryway lacked presence and felt visually flat against the large brick façade. There was minimal shade or protection from the elements, and the surrounding landscaping didn’t complement the home’s scale or structure. The challenge was to elevate the aesthetic while seamlessly tying new materials into the home’s existing textures and tones.
The Result
The newly designed entry strikes a balance between grandeur and warmth. The natural stone, crisp trim, and metal accents create visual interest and symmetry. The front porch now feels inviting and protected, while the refreshed landscape layers color, texture, and softness to complete the transformation. This project dramatically increased the home’s curb appeal and set the tone for a refined, high-end living experience right from the front steps.
