A two-storey addition — primary suite above, home study below — matched to the original 1960s brick so closely you cannot tell where the house ends.
A family of four in a 1960s Lawrenceville ranch needed more space as their children grew and remote work became permanent. Rather than move, they chose to add on — a 600 sq ft two-storey addition housing a new primary suite above and a study below.
The project required full foundation work, matching the existing brick veneer, and integrating the new roofline seamlessly with the original structure. From the street, you cannot tell where the original home ends and the addition begins.
We handled permitting, engineering, and construction in-house — no coordination overhead between separate firms. The addition was delivered at week 14, within budget.
