Timeline
30 Days
Design Lock and Material Selection
Everything finalised before demolition starts. Cabinetry specs, countertop slab, tile, fixtures, and appliance delivery confirmed. Nothing is ordered after day one, because pace depends on decisions made before day one.
Demolition and Structural Prep
Full demolition and site prep completed in days one and two. Framing changes, plumbing rough-in relocation, and electrical work completed before cabinetry arrives. The first week builds the skeleton.
Cabinetry Installation
Pre-built cabinetry to your approved specifications installed in week two. Our carpenters set, level, and scribe every cabinet run before the countertop template visit. No adjustments after installation.
In-House Countertop Fabrication
Countertops templated after cabinetry and fabricated in our own shop. Industry standard is six to eight weeks. Our in-house capability brings that to ten days, and it is the single biggest reason a 30-day kitchen is achievable.
Tile, Plumbing, and Electrical
Backsplash tile, plumbing fixtures, and electrical trim-out completed in week three. Our in-house tile setters, plumbers, and electricians work in coordinated sequence with no scheduling gaps between trades.
Appliances, Punch List, and Handover
Appliances installed and commissioned in week four. Punch list addressed the same day. Final walkthrough and handover on day 30.
Recent Work
Kitchen Remodel Projects

Princeton Walnut and Zellige Kitchen
Forty years of outdated material removed from a Princeton colonial and replaced with hand-selected walnut cabinetry, travertine slab counters, a handmade Zellige backsplash, and a new skylight that tripled the natural light. Seven weeks on the clock.

Pennington Open-Plan Kitchen
Structural walls removed, a nine-foot limestone island added, and a Pennington family home transformed from compartmentalised to continuous. Light oak cabinetry, honed limestone counters throughout, and a 48-inch professional range where a doorway used to be. Two days ahead of schedule.

Cranbury Farmhouse Kitchen
The load-bearing wall between this Cranbury kitchen and its dining room came down first. What followed: painted white shaker cabinetry to ceiling height, a white oak island, a 30-inch fireclay farmhouse sink, and five-inch white oak floors throughout. Bright, considered, and built to last.

Skillman Craftsman Kitchen
A 1990s galley with tile countertops and no real character. Eight weeks later, a Skillman craftsman kitchen anchored by a reclaimed Pennsylvania barn beam, honed travertine slab counters, a six-burner professional range, and hand-thrown ceramic pendants. The galley is gone.

Princeton Colonial Kitchen Renovation
This Princeton colonial had not seen a renovation since 1994. We removed the load-bearing wall, opened the plan entirely, installed a ten-foot Calacatta Gold quartzite island with seating for five, and outfitted the kitchen with Wolf, SubZero, and Miele. Two days ahead of schedule.

Pre-Ordered Before Demo Day
Every material is on order before demolition begins. No mid-project waiting for a countertop slab, a cabinet door, or a plumbing fixture. The 30-day clock only works when procurement is complete on day one.
One Dedicated Crew
Your project gets one assigned crew for all 30 days. The same framer, plumber, electrician, and tile setter from day one to day 30. No reallocation to other jobs mid-build.
In-House Stone Fabrication
Countertops are templated and fabricated by our team in under ten days. The industry standard is six to eight weeks. Our in-house capability is what makes the 30-day window achievable.
Fixed Scope, No Detours
The 1 Month Kitchen uses a defined material palette to eliminate decision delays. You choose within our curated selections; we execute without detours. Changes after design lock affect the timeline.
