Schluter KERDI waterproofing is applied before a single tile is set, regardless of timeline. From demolition on day one to final walkthrough on day 14, nothing is subcontracted and nothing is skipped.

14 Days
Demolition and Waterproofing
Full demolition completed on day one. Schluter KERDI membrane applied and cured on day two. No tile is set until waterproofing is complete and inspected. This is non-negotiable, even at pace.
Tile Installation
Floor tile and wall tile set in the first week by our trade-certified tile setters. Floor first, walls second, wet areas last. Grout sealed before week one ends.
Vanity and Plumbing Trim-Out
Vanity installed and all plumbing trim-out completed in week two: supply lines, drain connections, faucet, and shut-off valves. No visible supply lines, no exposed connections.
Shower Glass or Tub Surround
Frameless shower glass is measured on day one and templated for fabrication during tile week. Installation is scheduled for days ten to twelve, coordinated with plumbing trim-out.
Electrical and Lighting
Vanity lighting, exhaust fan, and recessed wet-location fixtures installed and wired in week two by our licensed electricians. All work is permitted and inspected.
Final Finishes and Handover
Mirrors, accessories, caulk, and touch-up completed on day 13. Full punch list addressed and handover on day 14.

Procurement and Delivery Confirmation
1-2 weeksEvery material ordered and delivery date confirmed before a start date is set. The 14-day clock begins only when everything is ready to arrive on time.
Days 1 to 2: Demolition and Waterproofing
Days 1-2Full demolition on day one. Schluter KERDI membrane applied and fully cured on day two. No tile begins until waterproofing is complete.
Days 3 to 10: Tile, Vanity, and Rough Trim
Days 3-10Floor tile, wall tile, vanity installation, shower glass templating and fabrication, and plumbing rough trim completed in sequence.
